Totally Safe Moon Project upgrades and tools
As you climb higher in Totally Safe Moon Project you earn rewards such as new abilities, items, or points used to upgrade your gear, and Steam says the higher you go, the crazier the skills get. The official screenshots show an Upgrades screen where points are spent, for example raising the Gravity Gun from level 2 to level 3 for 200 points.

The garage acts as a base, with an upgrade station next to a whiteboard sketch of the plan. The tool bar at the bottom right of the screen shows the tools you currently carry.
